This site is not the official Atomy website. Registration and purchases take place on the official European Atomy site.

2. What data we collect
Through the website form we collect: first name, last name, phone, country, city, address, postal code, language, preferred contact channel (Telegram / WhatsApp / Email) and the handle on that channel. You provide this voluntarily.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely to reply to your request, assist with registration on the official Atomy site and provide a personal consultation about the assortment. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps at your request).
4. Retention period
Data is retained until our conversation is complete or until you withdraw consent (whichever comes first), and no longer than 24 months from the date of submission.
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Technical processors: hosting (Vercel Inc.) and form storage (Vercel Blob). Transfers outside the EEA may occur under EC Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw consent. Exercise these via privacy@atomybyzhyvytsia.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UODO in Poland).
